Construction Consulting...
This unique concept allows our client to obtain the best of both worlds – the value of a Construction Manager’s services during the preconstruction phase and the efficiency of allowing your staff and prime contractors to do what they do best during the construction phase. You get 80% of the value of Construction Management for roughly 50% of the fee.

We have successfully employed this model for over $130 million worth of construction with Maumee City Schools, Oregon City Schools, The University of Toledo, and The University of Toledo Medical Center.

Design/Build ...
Providing a "single source" of design and construction responsibility. The owner deals with one service provider for the delivery of the project, resulting in a faster delivery of construction with a reduced time factor for the owner's involvement.

General Construction...
The conventional delivery system, either competitive bid or negotiated, whereby a fixed price is established for a designated scope-of-work and, as the contractor, we perform the administration of the work.
