Bostleman is privileged to announce the following client partners who have entrusted us with their building projects.
Sylvania City Schools
Sylvania City Schools is embarking on a K-12 district-wide school construction program and has selected Bostleman as its construction consultant. The Construction Consulting Model was developed by Bostleman primarily for school projects that may not call for full construction management services. The program includes three new elementary schools plus renovations and/or additions to the district’s other nine schools.
Industrial Construction Partners: Sun Seed Co. and Schindler Elevator
Bostleman has been engaged by Sun Seed and Schindler Elevator for industrial construction additions. Sun Seed, a bird seed manufacturer, is a new client for Bostleman. The 29,000 sf expansion is the result of Sun Seed’s growing market. Schindler Elevator is expanding and consolidating its regional operations at its facility originally construction by Bostleman. This 10,000 sf structure will be used as a training center for Schindler’s technicians. Blessed John XXIII
Bostleman has been chosen as the Design/Builder for the Toledo Diocese’s newest parish, Blessed John XXIII. Located in Wood County, the initial building project will be a Parish Life Center. Bostleman is excited to be a part of the team chosen by the vibrant new faith community.
The Toledo Zoo
Entrusted Bostleman with the responsibility of being the construction manager for Phase I of their 2020 Capital Improvements Plan. Phase I consists of a significant parking lot expansion, the creation of a new children’s zone, and total renovation of the elephant/hippo/rhino area.
Wood County Hospital
Bostleman’s strong relationship with Wood County Hospital continues as we were selected as the construction manager on their new 115,000 sf addition. The addition will include 56 new beds and a surgery suite with six operating rooms and four procedure rooms.
University of Toledo’s Savage Hall
Another exciting project awarded to Bostleman is the $30 million transformation of The University of Toledo’s Savage Hall. Bostleman’s preconstruction services and assistance with construction administration is critical in assuring timely completion of a very difficult eight-month schedule.
The Toledo Hospital/Toledo Children’s Hospital Renaissance Project
After having successfully completed Phase II of The Toledo Hospital/Toledo Children’s Hospital Renaissance Project, $100 million new hospital, Bostleman again takes the lead with Rudolph/Libbe for Phase III.
American Red Cross
Bostleman was selected as the construction manager for the American Red Cross’ Western Lake Erie Blood Service Center. This project consists of the renovation of the existing 15,000 sf office building and construction of an additional 16,000 sf for the blood distribution center. The project is located in The University of Toledo’s Tech and Research Park.
Grace United Methodist Church
In Perrysburg has chosen Bostleman for the construction of a new 15,000 sf Multipurpose Community Center.
Busch’s Supermarkets
In continuing a long-standing partnership with Busch’s Supermarkets, Bostleman is constructing a new Busch’s store in West Bloomfield, Michigan. The project consists of gutting and remodeling an existing grocery store facility.
Lakota Schools
The OSFC selected Bostleman as construction manager for Lakota Schools’ construction program. Bostleman will be building a new Pre-K through 12, 179,000 sf school facility.
Clyde-Green Springs
Bostleman has been selected by the OSFC as the Construction Manager for the Clyde-Green Springs Exempted Village's construction program. This program includes the construction of a new 6-8 grade middle school, the renovation/addition to existing K-3 South Main Elementary School building, the renovation and addition to the Clyde High School building, and the abatement and demolition of Vine Street Elementary and McPherson Middle School in Clyde, OH. The district-wide program also includes the construction of a new elementary K-5 school building in Greens Springs, OH, as well as the abatement/demolition of Green Springs Elementary School.
