Special Project Feature: Bay Park is the pilot project of a major strategic plan for ProMedica Health System’s expansion in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. As CM’s, our role required extensive budgeting and value engineering to assist ProMedica and NBBJ in the establishment of such critical design elements as branding, prototyping requirements and technical guidelines. As the prototype, it set the standards for the future; not only as it relates to new community-based facilities, but renovation and expansion as well.
