Special Project Feature: Completed in between basketball seasons, this exciting project for the University of Toledo was a major renovation of the existing arena, including removal of precast risers, installation of interior caissons and new structural steel for club, loge and suite seating along with athletic offices. Also included was the construction of a new grand entry pavilion and VIP entrance. This project is a gold LEED Certified Project making it the first arena project in the state of Ohio to be LEED certified.
